Charles Butler

Charles is responsible for strategic direction and oversight of Kape Technologies at a corporate level, including capital structure and governance.

Charles has more than 20 years of experience driving shareholder value across technology and B2B sectors. He qualified as a chartered accountant at KPMG and previously ran Belerion Capital Group, a Financial Conduct Authority-regulated investment advisory firm specializing in direct-to-consumer e-commerce and technology. He has held CEO positions at various companies, including Market Tech Holdings, a UK-based company that combines real estate assets with e-commerce.

Or Ifrah

Or is responsible for the strategic planning and management of finance activities for Kape Technologies.

He is a CPA and seasoned CFO with a proven track record in optimizing financial performance. After his early years at Ernst & Young, he served as a director, VP of finance, and CFO in the online industry for the past 10 years, including with publicly traded companies in the UK. For the last 5+ years, Or was the CFO of major tech companies owned by Teddy Sagi.

Chief Marketing Officer

Ankit Khemka

Ankit is responsible for leading marketing activities at Kape Technologies, reinforcing the company’s strong customer-centric culture, and driving initiatives to maximize opportunities for growth.

Ankit is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in digital marketing, performance marketing and business development. He has deep experience leading global teams and optimizing online marketing channels, with a strong track record of driving growth and ROI.

Prior to Kape, Ankit served as Global General Manager and Head of Marketing at Revolut. Earlier in his career, he worked at HelloFresh and Rocket Internet Group, building and scaling businesses across the US, India, Europe, and Latin America.
